The room wasnice and neat, with big, comfy beds and curtains for privacy. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby to go downtown, and it was close to the airport. The staff, Bob and Martika, were amazing - so kind, thoughtful, and cute. They made me feel safe and comfortable.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be to have more variety of items.

The owners, Bob & Martha, were friendly and cute, making us feel right at home. The place was always clean and super clean, with 2 large full washrooms for convenience. The free coffee in the morning and good wifi coverage throughout were definite pluses. The full-service kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, although the fridge was a bit small. Free parking was also a great perk. Thank you to Bob & Martha for their excellent hospitality!
I would highly recommend the Hub Hostel Style Home in Calgary. Despite the unpleasant encounter with the host, the hostel itself provided a lovely house with amazing hosts, comfortable beds with privacy curtains, and even free waffles and coffee.

The location of the hostel is quite remote, with not much around and a 40-minute transit journey to downtown. Some guests also found the rooms to be cold, recommending bringing a sleeping bag for chilly weather. the friendly host, clean facilities, and free coffee and popcorn are definite highlights. the living room is a great place to relax, and the beds are comfortable. the affordable price is also worth mentioning.
The host's customer service skills left much to be desired, with one guest experiencing a rude and unpleasant welcome.

I had the most wonderful stay at a cozy hostel in Calgary. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The place was always spotlessly clean, and the two large, full washrooms were a great convenience. I enjoyed the free coffee in the morning and the reliable wifi throughout the entire place. The full-service kitchen was also a great perk, although the fridge was a bit on the small side. Free parking was a great bonus as well. I can't thank the hosts enough for their incredible hospitality!

The communal spaces were cozy and cute, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The hotel had a beautiful outdoor garden where we enjoyed watching birds and wildlife. The showers were great, and we appreciated the curtains around each bed in the dorm for added privacy. The free waffles for breakfast were a delicious treat.
